After some frustrating problems with the ignition of my 2016 Colorado, Pat had me talk to a technician about the problem and the part was ordered and the repairs were made. The service department provided me with some transportation when the repairs took an extended amount of time. The problem seems to be totally resolved and the frustration has disappeared as well. Thanks to the service department and my reliable salesman Darrell Z. for his follow through.
Andrew is the best. It's always a pleasure working with him. He is always right on top of things when it comes to my vehicle being in for service and goes over and above everything he does. He is definitely an asset to Spitzer and deserves many many bonus points.
My situation is still not handled. My engine light is still coming on after bringing the car in 5 times and even with the Service Manager stepping in and a part being replaced - the light continues to come in 1 day after service each time. I was told they couldn't get a code to come up at first, then that the throttle body needed to be cleaned, then a different code finally came up, then I spoke to the Service Manager and basically was told that a specific code wouldn't come up and if all else failed you had to replace a part which was done; but to no avail.....engine light is still coming on and I was told to file a claim by my Salesman at the dealership.......
Took truck in to get park assist sensors replaced along with an oil change but the sensors are worse then they were before they were replaced. They look like someone butchered them with extremely rough sand paper. I would love to share the pictures I took but there is no option here. They were finally able to get a loaner car for me so I have an appointment for Monday 11/12/18 after I return from vacation. I sure hope they have a new set of sensors that aren't butchered this time. I have honestly come to the conclusion that buying a new car is nothing but a waste of time and money. I am 2 for 2 on brand new problem vehicles now. I highly doubt you will be sharing this with anyone.
Needed to top air in my tires due to the cold weather. Came in even and got an oil change even though I still had 22% life left just because of the air. The final bill showed that they had topped off the air to 35 psi but when I got home and checked they had done nothing!! The tire pressure was EXACTLY the same as when I brought it in. If I wanted to go to a gas station to fill air in my tires I would not have come in early for my oil change. Wasted my time and money for no reason.
My sales person was very helpful. Our mistaking in coming in later in the day but your finance man and Rusty the sale man stayed over to complete the sale. Rusty took everything from our old car and put in the new car. Which was very nice and helpful since my husband has a bad back. Saturday I had some questions regards the phone and another sale man went out and set up my phone for me. This is my second purchase from your dealership and I am very pleased.
