Took my 2007 Colorado in due to it stalling out. The did a diagnostic and found out it was the battery. They replaced it, didn't try to sell me anything I did not need. They are honest and up front with there customers.
From the start calling making the appointment to walking in the door to drop my car off everyone was very accommodating! Great service , Great team especially Andrew in the service department at the Northfield Spitxer location kept great contact with me about my car .
Spitzer did not act in good faith from the very beginning when we purchased this vehicle and were sold an "after market" extended warranty. It was nothing but problems and lies from there on out, the list is too long to even get into. We will never buy from Spitzer again.

Andrew in service was a very big help as always. He stayed in great communication throughout the process, he took the time to test drive the vehicle and he was very precise on solving the issue with my vehicle. He gave me the keys and said if the noise comes back to call him directly, once again having an excellent follow through.
I brought my truck in for a wheel bearing 1 year ago on drivers side. So far i had 3 put on same side and you charge me labor every time. Part is warranty labor is not,how come i have to pay fo res a part that is defective???
