We were pleased with the entire Spitzer Chevy dealership, from the purchase of our new Malibu to the service staff. The sales and service staff are friendly, professional and courteous; always ready to help and answer any of our questions. Al Dadas, the Service Writer, took the time to review and explain the maintenance services that were performed during our service visit.
I have been without my car for 64 days now and still don't have it back. The lack of communication is astounding. I shouldn't have to call daily to find out updates nor should I have to deal with 2 different places for repairs while the car was in your possession. This has been the WORST experience I have ever had with a dealership and I will not be bringing my business back there EVER AGAIN.
I had to go into work this day so they quickly moved me up to at minimum have a look at the vehicle and let me know how long they would need to repair it. They had it repaired within an hour to my surprise. The service was excellent.
