Once again Andrew came through. My Engine Coolant Sensor went bad, I drove the car right in, and Andrew knew I was quite concerned,. I waited and he had a mechanic look at it in a short time, had it fixed and I was on my way within a short matter of time. I emphasize again, Andrew is a asset to Spitzer Chevrolet in Northfield Ohio.
This is the first time I did not deal with Andrew. The reception who I scheduled my appointment with was a joke. I asked her to have Andrew call me or another service person NEVER received a call apparently they did not receive the message 3 weeks ago I called and received the same receptionist again 1 week prior to my service and she disconnected me . Andrew and the gentleman that did my check are wonderful but the receptionist was awful if I had not used your dealership for the last couple of years I would of definitely went to Tim lally or Pat I brien
After our oil change , there was oil on steering wheel and dashboard buttons as well as the door , obviously from mechanics gloves , also person taking care of us after work was done answered phone and put us on hold while she took care of customer on phone, should have been the other way around.
Every time I setup an appointment for service I make sure that I work with Andrew. He is a person I can trust to be upfront and honest with me. The best customer service I receive. I have a neighbor who says the same thing.
