I went in for an oil change with no appointment and the wait time was very reasonable. Everyone was courteous and helpful. The only negative issue was there were oily fingerprints on the hood, steering wheel and hood release lever. Also oil was spilled and left on the engine cover.
Availability of times to get your oil changed could be better. One of the things the dealership offers as a selling point is the free car wash. Wife picked up the car and it wasn’t washed? We were surprised they didn’t have the attendant run it thru the wash?
Always recommended the dealership, my whole family drives Chevrolet and all came from Northfield location and Dan Cook. Crystal was involved with this sale and did an amazing job. They worked hard to find my color request, and I appreciate everyone's help.
Once again Andrew came through. My Engine Coolant Sensor went bad, I drove the car right in, and Andrew knew I was quite concerned,. I waited and he had a mechanic look at it in a short time, had it fixed and I was on my way within a short matter of time. I emphasize again, Andrew is a asset to Spitzer Chevrolet in Northfield Ohio.
