Upon arriving at the service garage, lot of customers were there and waited for a bit. I came upon one of them showing the fob key and explained it what happened to it-ended up in the laundry wash at the laundromat. He took it apart and see what is happening, very cool to see inside the fob, showed me the pieces of damaged materials inside; need a new fob and to reprogram it. I was prepared for the price and my poor hubby (his car) was shocked at the price. I have told him and he was not too happy. Therefore, will be extra careful when coming in the house and place the fob at the designated spot for him, not in his trouser pocket.
I get my Chevy Cruze serviced at the Northfield Spitzer all the time. Al somehow always ends up being my technician by coincidence and he always does consistently excellent work. He clearly explains techniques and why something needs to be addressed sooner rather than later. He doesn’t try to swindle someone into paying for unnecessary work. He’s also just a really nice guy. Would recommend!
Communication to keeping the vehicle multiple days and what and how the steps to fix the issue were not kept up . One wire problem has lead to a nother. We are returning when parts are in . So we are not totally done with our experience on the repairs .
Every one provides exceptional service, from making sure they understand the problems I had encountered, to diagnosing the problem, explaining the necessary repairs and cost of the repairs. They also provided me a ride home and back so I didn’t have to sit in the customer lounge for the 3 hours needed to complete the repairs. Always friendly and I always go to them for maintenance or any other problems.
I didn't have service done but cashed in my reward point for accessories. I didn't have my paperwork and my salesperson (Rusty) took the time to pull it up for us. I am happy with my purchase and the service that we receive when we come in.
